Recovered

Hello friends and family.  I have been recovered lately.  I have been on anti-psychotic meds for 5 years now.  I have been going for a walk every day lately and have been eating less and healthier.  I have also been taking Hemp CBD (Cannabidiol) Oil lately which is rumoured to be helpful to sz (schizophrenia).  It works for me.  I drink on occasion and smoke weed sometimes and tobacco once in a blue moon.  It works for me.  I'm pretty happy right now and life is pretty damn good.  Lookin forward to fall and winter.  Having a friend visit me on the 4th of July.  Been talkin a lot with friends on facebook.  Life is good.  I have an album out that you can stream for free and buy at this link  http://ciscokid.bandcamp.com .  Enjoy.  Justin aka Cisco
